O2 Sensor Question
O2 Sensor Question Not sure if this is the best subforum for this but here it goes:
I've got an 02 LQ4 in my Chevelle that I ran with the 02 harness/computer for a few years. Last year I swapped to an 06 DBW harness and computer but I kept the same O2 sensors. Both harnesses use the isolated ground triangle style connector, however, the key tabs are slightly different. I was able to modify the sensors to plug into the new harness and the engine seems to run fine.
I've been having an intermittent "O2 sensor no activity" code for both banks ever since so I'm wondering if the computer doesn't like the old sensors. To further complicate matters, the computer is running an operating system for a 2005 L33 5.3. Does anyone have any thoughts? I'd like to be confident this will solve the problem before I drop $100 on new sensors.

Make sure you have 12v and ground at both of the o2 plugs. If the heaters aren't working then they might give the no activity code when there isn't enough hot exhaust making it down.
