Advise - 1995 Impala SS

I have a 95 Impala SS and i'm almost done with my lQ9 instsll however..my alternator is sitting too high on the factory bracket..my hood will not close. Has anyone had this problem, if so whats the fix. Thanks in advance

Check out the holley, kwik brackets if you have extra width. Otherwise 98-02 stock f body.

Or just cobble up your own out of scrap metal,on this one I used a L98 Vortec era alternator,I'll see if I can post the template if anyone wants to try it.
