ecm flashing for STandalone harness.

I am trying to install a ls1 in a chevy C10 and need some help with HP Tuners ti clear the VATS, EGr Evaps, And 02 sensors. From my research it looks like thats what needs to be done. I can find the Vats and thats about it.
