Default DBW troubles with swap

hey guys I've been battling with this issue for a week now and really don't know what to do.

ive got a 05 Tahoe 5.3. Going into a e46 BMW. I have a 12588923 tac module. The 10 plug connector had only 6 wires so I figured maybe wire it up to the stock BMW dbw pedal. I understand that the 6 wire connector is for a 2 sensor pedal which is what the BMW is. Testing the throttle I get nothing. With KOEO testing the signal wire with a multimeter at 0% I'm at .1v and at wot I'm at 3.8v on the other signal wire at 0% I'm at .1v and at wot I'm at 2.6v... I'm just confused as to why it won't work.

On another forum a member swapped an ls3 into his e46 and wired it the way I had did it and everything functioned properly.

Where else can I look?

I would get the proper LS pedal. Unless you know the BMW pedal is not worn out and you know exactly which wire goes where it needs to be.
