T56 swap rev limiter!

T56 swap rev limiter! 2000 4.8 24x engine. Did a t56 manual trans swap and didn't hook up any wires. For some reason this ecu has some rev limiter at 4000 Rpm and won't let me rev past unless I go wot from idle. Could this be because my ecu thinks the car is in park? Any ideas or anyone that's seen this?

Nobody had this issue? Took ecu to tuner he changed every limiter to 6400 but it still cuts at exactly 4K Rpm every time. When I stomp this gas it goes thru and runs good all the way to the limiter (6400) but will not rev past 4K from slow rev
