Lpg???? 
I just picked up a 5.3 LM7 out of a 2004 GMC Express van. It was running on fuel when I heard it run at the wreckers, they pulled it and said oh by the way it had LPG set up in it??? Ok they dropped it off today and sure enough 8 LPG fuel injectors plumbed into the intake? So what do I do with this? Can I run water /methanol thru it?
should I just remove it and plug the intake?

I used a propane injection setup on my Procharged TBSS on top of gasoline. Very effective at raising octane levels. I bet the inside of that engine is super clean.
