Gen IV motor question I bought a Gen IV 5.3L truck motor w/tranny for a very good price. I am going to put in in a 1995 4runner. Some of the wiring are cut, no PCM, and no fuse boxes. Most of the wiring are rand new. The motor and tranny only has 16000 miles.
? Is it possible to do that conversion on my 4runer.
? Where can in buy the PCM and the missing fuse box.
? Can the AFM ne disabled.
? Where can I buy the engine mount to retrofit the engine on my chassis

You are going to want a standalone harness. At a minimum, a standalone harness only requires a key switch and fuel pump to hook-up. So technically this would work in any vehicle. The AFM/DOD can be disabled in the tune so the vehicle runs in 8 cylinder mode all the time.
We can supply you the wiring ECM and/or TCM, computer, pedal, etc...
