Supermatic controller battery draw So ive got a custom vehicle in my shop right now with a key off draw. Its an E-rod crate motor, and LS3 with a connect and cruise supermatic controller in it. The small square one, not the old PCS controller. Ive tracked down a key off draw to that TCM. 20ma draw. With the other goodies in this car that tips the scales, and honestly thats excessive I think for any controller that should be asleep. Pull the fise for the bulkhead connector on the engine harness and it goes away. Unplug the TCM and it goes away. I havent gone any farther than that other than to swap out the TCM with a brand new one I have here, same thing...20ma draw. This is after sitting for 25 min also, it doesnt not drop.
Anyone seen that before? Im ready to kill the ground on the controller with the key off to get rid of the draw cause this vehicle is already late on leaving. But Id rather find out whats actually goin on. I doubt it has a time out of more than a few min, but maybe im wrong...Car shifts fine and has no codes or other issues...thoughts?
