Street and performance LS engine mount plates,where does it set the engine??

Street and performance LS engine mount plates,where does it set the engine?? do the S&P engine mount plates for a LS convention on a 68 camaro put the motor in the stock location or one inch back???

Some users and manufacturers use those two terms interchangeably, so you need to decipher the answer you'll get carefully.
To some, "stock location" relates to the position of the stock engine/trans mating plane and to others it means placing the front of the LS engine, and its cylinder heads in the same location they were with the original SB Chevy.
If the engine mounts in question did the later, it would require moving the transmission forward by 1-3/16" to mate up to the back of the LS motor, which is the amount of length the rear of the LS block is shorter than the rear of the SB Chevy block.
