Default using stock gauges '(92) with an LM7

I just bought a converted '92 GMC 1500 (2004, I think LM7). The only factory gauge that is working is the voltmeter. The motor has a single wire connection oil pressure sensor on the top of the block behind the intake manifold and a 2 wire temp sensor at the front of the driver side head. What is the best way to run my '92 gauges? Also, there is a whole nest of wires and connectors tie wrapped to the intake manifold that aren't being used. Does anyone have a wiring diagram or schematic that shows what I can eliminate and which ones need to stay?
Thanks for your help
Bud

The best and easiest method is to adapt your 92 truck sending units to the LS motor for oil pressure and water temp.
