Default Help first ls swap need help.

I have a 94 Silverado with an 02 5.3/4l60e swap. I am using a ls swap specialties stand alone harness and my PCM has been reflashed.Truck cranks and is running but my DBW pedal is not working. It seems like the PCM ,TB,and TAC module are not playing nice with one another. Now I have not connected the Brake switch sensor as of yet . But I can't imagine that this is the issue with the TB. Please help and keep in mind I'm very new to this so excuse the duh questions, lol.

I know that my 02 DBW LQ9 had a one year only throttle body with 2 plugs. My custom harness came to me with the 2 wires on the top plug switched around giving me a dead pedal. Not sure if it helps you, but this is how the brown and yellow wires need to be arranged.

Did your PCM,TAC, TB and pedal all come from the same vehicle?

If all parts match, and you're sure they didnt load a newer tune in it, which they shouldn't have done, you're going to need to check your wiring from the TPS on the throttle body to the TAC module to make sure its pinned right. If all they did was rework a factory harness, then check near the throttle body for broken wires inside the insulation.

you shouldn't need a brake switch sensor....

look at the 2002 tac module... is it all plastic or has metal? The metal ones are 03 up. 02 was like 1 year only oddball.

the tac module is the key.... worse comes to worse go find another one for the same year and model at LKQ or pull a part

I had some issues with my DBW stuff and ended up swapping tac modules until it worked. Had to buy HP Tuners too though to verify throttle etc... best choice though because I have so much good data now.
