Speedo Issues I have an 83' El Camino with a 2002 5.3L, 2001 4L80e and a dakota digital dash.
I'm not getting any pulse/signal from the speedometer. I recently replaced both speed sensors on the 4l80e and still no signal. I'm guessing it's something to do with the wiring, but I'm having a really hard time figuring out where to start.
The tach works great.
I have the "VSS 4K" wire going to the speedometer from the PCM.
Any advice on how to start troubleshooting this would be greatly appreciated.
