fuel pump and LS swap I have a 1988 with a 4.3 tbi and it just blew up. So I bought a LQ4. All stock, no mods as of yet. I want to get it back to a runner ASAP. What will I have to do to the fuel system to make it work?
An '88 Silverado (assuming that's what the OP has by his user name) would be fuel injected already, so the tank will be baffled. So, just swap out the lower TBI fuel pump for an EFI one. AC Delco ep381 should be a direct swap.

What about the lines them self's and the filter? Do they need to be upgraded?
I never knew tbi truck tanks were baffled...I don't want to disagree or argue with ls1nova71, he's done done a lot more swaps than I have. Fuel lines should be ok as long as they are still oem.

ANY fuel injection will use an electric pump, whether TBI or port injection. An electric pump needs some kind of baffle to prevent starvation when lower than 1/2 full or so. Holley has side-stepped that with their new FuelMat which wicks the fuel around the pickup to prevent starvation.
