Default ls swap and transmission range switch

hi im going to need some advice in here

im doing an harness from a 2005 lq4 with 4l80e , its for a retro fit .
i get stock and undecide about the the wires and pin out for the transmission and the neutral saftey switch
like most every body , i used the pin out list from ls1swap.com

for the blue one pin 32 ,34 , 72 for to transmission range switch A,P,B
and with the green the pin 62 for the transmission range switch C

from the c2 fuse box i have two pink going to the safetey switch connection
also 32 34 72 and 62 all go to that same connection

my question should i delete everything ?

or delete just the two pink
and keep 32 34 72 and 62?

I would call Brendan at LT1Swap.com and see what he says. He is the master at these things.

If you're keeping the 4l80e, then leave the wires in. They go from the PCM to the range switch connector, no reason to mess with them. It will work without them, but if you ever need to do a "crank relearn" you will need them hooked up. The pink wires go to the back up lights and shift interlock, so if you don't plan on using them you can delete them.

ive been looking and look like most after market dont come with that big connection to the transmission range sensor switch .

you tell me to keep those wires in case ?what crank relearn has to do with it?

Aftermarket harnesses delete a lot of things, doesnt mean that Gm put them there for the fun of it. The wires are alteady there, if you leave them, you dont have to do anything with them. The PCM uses them to know what gear the transmission is in, but like I said, it will work with them taken out, but I dont see the point. If you dont know what a crank relearn is, just Google it. Basically it is an adjustment that is made so that the PCM knows where cam and crank sensors are in relation to each other.
