Missfire under wide open throttle Ok so i have a 90 240sx with ls swap running 5.3 with ls1 accessories ls1 tune coils packs all pumps and pullys intakes etc but my question is it ran good for 20-30 mins soon as i hoped out to check motor blew fuse in fuel pump under hood so replaced that went for another run 20-30 mins in im getting constant misfire under WOT but can rev up in neutral no misfire and can ease threw rpms with out issue also do i have to replace the 10 amp fuse with something bigger or upgrade my wires to the fuel pump?
I would start by checking the fuel pressure at the rail. I have no idea what gauge wire you are using for your fuel pump, but it should be a 12 gauge minimum, recommended 10 gauge. You should be running a 20 amp fuse with a 30 amp relay.
