1970 Nova Hi Thanks for letting me join. I have a 70 Nova I'm putting a 6.0 in but not sure what to do with the fuel thing, can I just run a external pump or do i need to modify my tank?? Any help would be great.

There are many options, You can run in tank (quieter) Or external with the stock tank or a fuel cell.
Take your time and plan out the fuel system so that it fits your needs, It can be expensive if going all aftermarket and you don't want to have to buy things twice.
I would look in the Conversions & Hybrids section and see what others are doing.
When it comes to the rest of your build there are lots of posts there that will also make your swap easier.
Here are a couple places that sell new stock tanks already modified for fuel injection if you are going that route over a carb.

I prefer and have the 5th gen Camaro fuel module installed in a modified Nova tank. The cheap/customary pump-on-a-stick and C5 filter/regulator aren't a great solution, especially at lower fuel levels, to which I can attest. Check out the X-body thread for some ideas.

mod tank for efi drop units with a sock to pickup fuel, mod tank for cheap sump welded on and then run to filter + inline pump..... lots of options. Doing a 69 Nova right now and we have about $200.00 in the fuel system total re-using his stock tank sumped w an AEM 380glph fuel pump for boosted application
