Default Blue/green pcm compatibility

I am doing a swap with a 2003 Suburban LM7 engine. I am needing to go to a cable throttle from the dbw but the PCM it came with does not support the IAC. My question is can I get a blue/green PCM that has the IAC driver in it and reprogram it to the donor vin then zero out the ETC table and be good to go? I could not find anything with the search. Lastly it came with a 4wd transmission and i am using a 2wd. If i am thinking correctly I just need to swap the transmission maps correct. If anyone knows of a thread about this let me know. Thank you.

According to the places like NOVAK and Advanced adapters, there is little difference as far as the engine is concerned about 2 vs 4 wd, you can actually put a 2WD tail assembly on some of the GM 4wd autos.. The main point I noticed is that there is a wire that tells the ECU if your in 2wd , 4wd or 4wd low range and it does some mischief with the ABS .. So it may just connect to the ABS computer and not the ECU now that I think about it.. .///

Lt1swap.com is gonna have the most info possible. Pretty sure the express van was the only blue/green pcm that had DBC.

. Yes an 03 express van blue/ green pcm will have cable tb. I have one. Id # 6106. This operating system was for cable tb and 4l80e. You can look for an 03-07 express/Safari pcm and they will have drivers for the iac . Do a search the info is def put there.

Also the v6 silverados will have a dbc green/blue ecu up until 2007. I actually have one or 2 of these ecu at the shop. Ive swapped a few rides over to dbc with a dbw ecu and harness. Not tht hard to do. Ecu has to have the iac and tps drivers built in for it to work.
