LQ4 most likely had a 4l80E behind it so you will have to do some repining in your harness. Once that's taken care of it will plug into your 4l60 and shift it just fine(assuming pcm is setup for the 60) but you'll be missing a bell housing bolt top center and you may have inspection shield fitment issues.
Just be aware that a 60 won't do well behind the LQ4, if you stand in it WOT between shifts your going to kill it pretty quick.

FWIW you'd be way better off finding a 4l80e to go behind the lq4, won't have to mess with the harness and you'll end up doing the swap down the road anyways when you keep blowing the 60e's up.
