I've picked up a couple of different sets of exhaust manifolds when I was trying to figure out how I was going to build this swap, so I suppose that it's not impossible that I've mixed up what I have. I'd thought that these were '99-'02 F-body manifolds. But when I went to the dealership parts counter yesterday to price out the bolts & gaskets for the EGR (?) tubes that come out of the top of the manifolds, the dealership diagram didn't even show any kind of connection to the top of the manifolds. I also had the parts person pull up '06 truck manifolds, but same deal there.
Regardless of what these actually are, they're probably the manifolds that I'm going to use, since they seem to fit pretty well - but it would be nice to be sure of what they are. Also - does anyone have any suggestions on where I can get gaskets/gasket material for the ports below without paying "stealership" prices?? Thanks in advance!
Just took this pic of my car and they look exactly like what you have. Mine is an '01 LS1 from a Camaro. You can get gaskets at any parts store . They usually have gaskets for the air tubes with them.

Thanks for confirming that, it's much appreciated. Unfortunately, I already have a pair of the GM gaskets that go between the cyl. head & the manifolds, & unless I missed 'em (which seems unlikely), they didn't come with the "upper" gaskets. I'll try & look again though, crossing my fingers that I still have the paper cartons that the gaskets came in... Thanks again!
Interesting footnote to the above - I went to a couple of auto parts stores earlier today to see if I could find those gaskets. The guys behind the counter each went above & beyond when trying to find them for me, but didn't find anything in stock. As I was leaving the 2nd store, I mentioned that I might try to fab something up out of some aluminum sheet that I have, & the guy responded by asking if I had a tin can, then said that his dad had used material from tin cans to make gaskets for this type of thing. Now, I don't think that I'd try that for the manifold-to-cyl-head gasket, but I'm not sure that it wouldn't work just for blocking off this EGR port...
