Oil pressure and alternator lights

Oil pressure and alternator lights My kit car has an oil pressure light on the dashboard but I am not sure how to join it to the GM loom. I know there is an oil level sensor on the engine (the connections for which I have removed but can put back in again).
Similar thing for the alternator. There is a charge light but not sure how to connect it up.
Perhaps the MIL light would come on if the oil level fell below a certain value, I could wire it to that (again, removed the connectors but can reinstall them)...
