Default Aftermarket ECM and Harness VS OEM cutdown

I'm about to finish my motor build up a 411 in a rock bouncer it will be running on e85, at 13.8 compression. The transmission is a th400 with a mvb. It's a drive by cable motor and I have been going back an forth between a Mega squirt or ms3 pro system or a cut down harness and computer I already have. I don't want to mess with tuning it I will take it some where just wanting to get feedback on which way would be better and if it makes sense to spend the 1500-200 on an aftermarket setup.

I would get a Holley HP. The software is great and there is a support forum. There are also many tuners around that know how to tune it.

It has built a built in wideband, so tuning is relatively simple and it falls into your price range.
