Default LS Swap Fuel System Discussions

My project is to install stock L99 in Nova 1972. I have two options to go with for the fuel system:

First system is the return fuel system.
Tank-> PreFilter-> Pump-> PostFilter-> Rails -> RegulatorValve -> Tank.
The parts will be used are below:

1. Fuel filter 100 microns (Brand: FiTech / Part#: 80111)
2. Inline high pressure fuel pump 255 lph (Brand: FiTech / Part#: 50101)
3. Fuel filter 30 microns (Brand: FiTech / Part#: 80113)
4. Fuel rail EFI (Brand: Holley / Part#: 850013)
5. Pressure Regulator Valve for EFI 35-75 psi (Brand:FiTech / Part#: 44020)

Second system I will call it semi-returnless fuel system.
Tank-> PreFilter-> Pump-> PostFilter-> RegulatorValve(2output)-> 1.Rails.2.tank
The parts will be used are below:

1. Fuel filter 100 microns (Brand: FiTech / Part#: 80111)
2. Inline high pressure fuel pump 255 lph (Brand: FiTech / Part#: 50101)
3. Fuel filter 30 microns (Brand: FiTech / Part#: 80113)
4. C5 1999 Pressure Regulator Valve
5. Stock L99 fuel rails

General questions:
A. What are the cons and pros for each system?
B. Should I use AN6 or AN8? And why?
C. Should I install the fuel rails in parallel or series?

Return fuel system questions:
A. There is Pressure Regulator Valves comes with vacuum line like the one upside. Do I need that vacuum line to be connected to intake intake manifold? what is the required pressure?
B. According to what I have seen. They are plugging the output of the Pressure Regulator Valve. Is that right? Or is there a valve that is coming with only one inlet and return line?

Semi-returnless fuel system questions:
A.Do I need to install a Fuel Pulse Damper?

Ricks vapor works tank and your choice of OE pump, Camaro SS, ZL1, or CTSV. One fuel line to front (returnless) as it is designed to return inside of tank......so less plumbing, OE pump you can depend on and find anywhere, and less fittings and lines!!

^^^^^^^This, plus if possible use an in-tank pump(Holley makes one that will drop right in); inlines can be NOISY, plus use the Corvette regulator/filter. This way you only have one line to the front.

Like 461Rat says, Ricks Vaporworx is the way to go. There are others to use (Holley, Tanks Inc) and while they are good, the vaporworxs model is so much simpler (less fittings and such).

Inline pumps also tend to run hotter and do not hold up as well as an in tank pump.
