Default DBW and MAF problems

I have an 02 5.3 with a stand alone harness. Trying to go speed density and running into problems. I took the brown and black wire out of the MAF and put them on the IAT sensor. I went in and disabled the P0101, 102. I went ot disable the P0103 and it killed my DBW pedal. Can't figure that one out. When I start to tune it in the VE table it runs horrible at around 3500 rpm. If I unhook the IAt sensor it runs great but thinks it is -38 degrees and runs rich. Any help would be great. Thanks

Default

Set codes PO101, 2, and 3 to (error on first try.) Uncheck boxes for ses light.
Go to engine diag and set maf fail hz to zero.
Go to engine dynamic airflow and set to 8000rpm.

This should put u in full sd mode. U will also need to copy your high octane table and paste it into for low. Sd mode referrences the low timing table.
