Default PCM Fan control wire/vs be cool temp sender

Swapping an LS3/4L80 into my 68 GTO. I installed a Be Cool 22008 kit for cooling. It has a single puller fan with relay. My question is should i run there temp sender to turn on the fan or use the fan control in the PCM? If i dont use the temp sender then can i use that wire on the relay to repin and plug in my pcm fan control wire to turn on/off the fan?

Thanks

What you are asking is simply a matter of preference.
I personally prefer PCM control of the fan. One less sensor, less wiring, less external components to troubleshoot and if you have AC it's easy to have the PCM turn on the fan when the compressor runs.

There are people who love external fan control modules but to me it's more stuff to wire in and more stuff to make presentable when you open the hood.

Just my opinion.

If you are using a Gen IV PCM you won't be able to control the fan below 192°. If commanded to operate below that temperature it will just stay on all the time. Not a big deal as that is an unrealistic temperature but just something to know before you bang your head against the wall too long...
