Custom harness will always fit better than an off-the-shelf version

FWIW, you'll need to go with an aftermarket controller to use DBC. All gen IV 58x engines (anything 08+) are DBW only with a factory ECM. There are work arounds such as the ligenfelter box, but nothing will directly switch

Speartech or Howell Fuel injection would be my choice. ECM and harness.

I used Speartech, and had great experience, and the customer service is top notch!
