Learn from my mistake-computer wiring.
I upgraded the constant 12v feed to the computer to 10 gauge directly off the battery.
added a sense wire off the alt. (Which did help a little. I started seeing .3 more v)
Upgraded all grounds.
Nothing got it it higher than 13.6 at idle with everything off. And once everything got warmed up 13.3.
SOLUTION: I recently moved my battery to the trunk and added a cut off switch. Instead of my factory 66 Chevelle keyed/run 12v panel feeding a fuse panel I added that ran all my accessories I added like radio/gauges etc. I now have the keyed/run 12v going directly off factory panel, to cut off switch, feeding into the computer. Nothing else on this circuit! Instantly saw 14.5 on the first start up. Problem solved. Thought this might help a fellow swapper out there seeing lower voltage than they think they should.
