Moving on...70 Camaro

So the last time I posted was about the 60 Sunbeam. That project died when I discovered that there was more plastic in the shell than there was steel. Not to mention that it was made of 3 cars cobbled together. The big flares were used to hide the fact that it wasn't square, wheel center to wheel center. Oh well we live and learn.
I spent the last year trying to decide what sort of body I wanted to use. I looked at everything you could think of. Nothing really struck me. Until I saw this on a local Facebook post. I arranged a showing the same day it hit expecting to see a rolling pile of rust. I was shocked when the owner actually drove it to the meeting spot. I was even more surprised to find the 1970 interior still there. The 355 and TH350 even work, although the trans lost all of it's vital fluids when I got it home.
Now the real fun begins.
Chassis will be lengthened 20" to fit the Camaro wheelbase.
