LM7 Drive-By-Wire (DBW) Throttle Non Responsive

I swapped in a 2003 Tahoe LM7 into a Jeep TJ. Engine started for the first time in its new home yesterday. However, the DBW accelerator was non responsive. I confirmed it was connected properly and securely.
Any suggestions on what might be the issue and/or how to troubleshoot it?

Do you know if the engine was running correctly when it was in the donor vehicle?

The first thing I'd do is hook up a scanner and see if it has any throttle body/ accelerator pedal codes.

Thank you for the response.

The engine and the TAC were working in the donor. (It was a buddy's before his wife wrecked it.) However, I could not retrieve the pedal due to severe damage to the driver's side. The pedal I bought is a direct replacement - according to where I bought it.
I may connect a OBDII scanner. But, first, I have to wire it up. The inside of the Jeep has been torn apart for the rebuild.
