No start issue

No start issue Hi, new here so bear with me. Doing an ls 5.3 swap into my 06 tj. Using lt1swaps pinouts and had him do the computer. Test fired it a couple of days ago and it started but would only run for a couple of seconds at a time. Decided to proceed with the swap btu now it wont start. I have power and ground to all the coils,injectors but it doesnt get any power to the plugs while cranking. The cps gives a rpm of 142 when cranking. All the sensors appear to be working that we can see from the obd connection.
It will also turn over in all the gears. Replaced the nss on the trans this morning but still cranks regardless of it being in gear or not. no idea if thats related to the start issue.
