Tensioner Indicator
When that belt comes in I am going to try to squeeze it on, but likely have to swap over to a smaller idler pulley for the drivers side.
Holley said they had never had anyone call and say they couldn't find a belt that fit.....yeah right. Biggest issue is there isn't a belt size between 113" and 114", have looked all over the internet for a 113.5 inside diameter belt with no luck the past 2 days.
Appreciate the answer, now I know I may need to run to the parts store and grab another idler pulley this week.
Also had to use washers behind the tensioner pulley, belt didn't run off the front but it was right their on the edge for sure.
Holley 20-134, 21-3, Dayco 89059 idler, Gates 38194 tensioner all recommended by Holley.
The 145a alternator makes the K061130 not want to go over water pump or tensioner no matter what I did tried spinning motor over with belt on water pump and no dice.
I swapped stock idler pulley for the Dorman 419-610 idler Pulley (76mm).
With the new idler pulley the belt is still very tight to get on but it lines up with the tensioner marks in the product install manual perfectly now.
So if you are having issues with finding a belt for this kit, and have a 145a alternator like me. Swap out your 90mm idler puller under alternator for a 76mm and a K061130 belt will fit.
It is still very tight to get the belt on even with the new idler but it fits, picture is after start up and idling a few minutes.
