We will be posting the full process of our project car (Project Blue *****). Plan for the car : upgrade to a Blown TSP 58X engine with an LSA blower and custom cam and heads. Upgrades to the rest of the car include brake upgrades, suspension upgrades, fuel system and an upgraded TH400 transmission with a new torque converter and transbrake.
What was in it from the build 10 years ago:
Engine was a stock 24X LS2 from a 2006 Trailblazer SS.
LS6 intake manifold
Drive by cable throttle body
TSP Magic Stick 2 camshaft were added
Transmission was a TH350 rebuilt with a 3200-rpm torque converter.
The new heart for Blue *****, thanks to Texas speed, forged 370”. Short block assembled with XTREME CFM Cylinder heads and ported LSA blower. 10” party pulley! Getting the engine compartment ready for install.

Up next, gotta feed the beast. Aeromotive fuel system components include pre and post filters and an A1000 pump.
New fuel cell and ice tank for the intercooler.
New methanol tank.
Mounted the transmission cooler with a separate fan to keep the temps down. Custom mounts secure it under the trunk.
Update:
Cutom hard piped radiator hoses tached together. Lvoe the 'sleeve clamps' for securing the lines to the PSI supplied Dewitts radiator.
Custom air intake tube.
Catch can to keep the engine compartment clean after all that boost.
Hardwired battery tender for when the car is not in use.
You're going to have high intake air temps where that air filter is. I would find a way to duct cold air to it
Good catch, but we aren’t too worried about the IATs at this time because the meth injection coupled with the intercooler should to handle any possible high IAT issues.

You have all that, but why handicap it with excessively high IAT's to be compensated for? The lower the IAT, the better even with meth and intercooler.
