No engine but he left the 4l80 transmission. It is fully manual so no electronics. I will take some pictures later. Right now I have to get ready for the hurricane.

l83 in a 69 camaro I am doing a trade with a guy tomorrow if everything works out. He has a 69 camaro in really nice shape. He is pulling his sbc out but leaving the transmission witch I believe is a 4l60. I have a 2014 l83 with the 6l80 transmission that is just laying around. What difficulties will I have? I have the dirty dingo motor mounts and ac brackets already.

Congrats. Having the 4l80 is better than the 4l60 in my book. You just need to decide if having a 6 speed auto is worth the hassle of figuring out the trans x member and drive train angles + shifter. I bet the L83 (?) 5.3L DI will prolly pull better than the sbc he had in there
