Converting drive by wire to drive by cable

Converting drive by wire to drive by cable I have a 2003 Sierra with a lq9 and 4l80 and I wanted to convert into a drive by cable. I was wonder if I can use a harness from a express van since I got a 4l80. Please help. Thanks in advance!

Yes but only if it's an 03+ harness. The 99-02 uses the red/blue connector harness which is different than the newer green/blue in the 03+ trucks. Try to get the ECM from the same cable driven van. That will guarantee the PCB has the IAC driver. Not all 03+ ECM's have the IAC on the circuit board.
If your 03+ ECM has these pins it has the IAC.
No pins no IAC
