doing a ly6,4l60 swap in a old 63 riviera looks like it will not clear the hood anyone know a good relocation setup for alt and power steering pump.i surfed seen a couple that had the alternator down low were power steering pump is and a small ps pump mounted above the alt .but did not have any info on the setup.any ideas would be great thank you

 

Look at ICT Billet for brackets. They use factory accessories and the bracket kits are divided up based on what crank pulley you have. Great kits and extremely affordable. I run their AC kit and alt/PS kit on my 67 Chevelle. Fits perfect.

 

If you’re not running AC like me, they have a kit where the PS pump is on driver side and ALt is on pass

 

Check out the Holley brackets. The high mount corvette type setup would certainly fit. Dirty dingo also has a setup that positions everything very similar to Holley.

 

hey thank you for all the info i will check them out see what will work best.any recommendations for a lower intake manifold i read a ls3 will work but then i need to purchase new injector rail and injectors.i was hoping to use as much of what i have from the truck parts just cause my pockets are not deep.and do any of you know if my truck dbw throttle body will work on a ls3 intake.anything would be great just trying to solve hood clearance issues without having to chop the hood .thank you

 

LS3 or L99 manifolds will work. All other rectangular port NA manifolds are high profile truck units.
