Does DBW use IAC?
Does DBW use IAC? Hello,
Swap: 2004 Avalance LY7 (Green/Blue ECM) 4L60E
Vehicle: 1978 Caprice
My engine setup is mostly just a stock swap. On the LT1Swap website, the pinouts for a 2004 Chevrolet show 4 pins (Green 76,77,78.79) for the IAC. I don't see the IAC on any of the wiring diagrams listed for that year. My engine/harness came DBW. Does DBW not have an IAC? Is IAC only used for DBC? I don't have these wires listed in my notes from when I made my harness. Is it possible my harness doesn't have these wires? I cannot remember.
I tried to paste my spreadsheet, but it won't accept the format.
Pin 76 - Green/White - IAC Coil B High - IAC Bin B - Yellow
Pin 77- Green/Black - IAC Coil B Low - IAC Pin A - Green
Pin 78 - Blue/Black - IAC Coil A Low - IAC Pin C - Blue
Pin 79 - Blue White IAC Coil A High - IAC Pin D - Purple
