Bad IAC?
Bad IAC? As stated above I’m wondering if I have a bad IAC? I have finished swapping my 2000 c5 ls into my Nissan 300zx I went with a terminator x harness and have to say money spent well! My only problem is I can’t get the thing to stay idling? Headers, ms4 cam and ls6 intake. When I start the car it idles high like 2k rpm then drops a bit it may drop a bit but then will die/stall. I’ve changed spark plugs and wires twice this last change it did idle better *see video then it died after running a bit. So my question is is my IAC bad? My afr is all over the place I’m just wondering if it’s bad or something a tune will fix? Has not been tuned yet tuner says once running he will tune it and dyno but hell I can’t get the thing staying running it idles high every time and when I adjust idle screw once it gets to low it dies automatically or just won’t start. At 58 seconds I give it throttle and it stays at high rpm for a bit then dies why? Again this is my first LS so I’m researching and learning as I go just hit a dead end and can’t figure it out. Any advice helps thank you

There's quite a bit of idle tuning that can be done with the Term X. Have you been on the Holley forums to learn about getting the idle dialed in? Three are some very knowledgeable folks on the forum.
