Fried PCM?
Pretty confused here, any help is greatly appreciated!

Which PCM?
Can you connect scan tool to OBD port and scan for codes, read live data, etc? If so, that's a good sign.
What happened to the original 12V supply to the PCM?
Where was the 12V supply coming from?
When you hotwired PCM, did you remove or cut the previous supply wire or did you spice into wire and back feed that circuit too?
Did you possibly connect hotwire to a non B+ pin/wire to PCM?
I'd recommend check all power and grounds to PCM. If all good, scan tool should connect and allow you to see/better understand what's going on.
Hope this makes sense.
Rick
