Default LQ4/9 heater core tee part number

Does anyone know the p/n for the tee/wye splitting the expansion tank, heater core return and water pump inlet? I cracked mine and am looking for a replacement but can't seem to find the proper name.

I didn't see anything from them. Do people get a generic tee and use that instead?

What vehicle would help. On the trucks it's called a modular coolant hose or branch coolant hose. I used a "Gates 22554" on my 2000 GMC Sierra.
