L99/6L80E into 69 camaro. Efi tank with 400lph walbro in tank pump, corvette filter/regulator. Will the engine run if we just power the pump? What work around a are necessary? Do we need to send any data to the ecm to make it happy?

I can't answer from experience for you're setup as i haven't done one yet, but the pinout just shows a regular single fuel pump relay wire like every other chevy harness coming from pin 50.

Just hook it up to a relay like normal, should be all good. The ECM wire provides ground for the relay if I remember right.
