Default Need help with front accessories

Hello new to this forum, however I’ve been in the process of putting a lq4 in my 85 t/a. I’ve been doing tons of research but can’t seem to find the definite answers I’m looking for as far as accessories,so with that being said what year do I need for a harmonic balancer, water pump, and the rest of the drive system, not worried about ac also what brackets? There’s just so much of I used this I used that I find it confusing... maybe it’s just me?

I think the f body or c5 drive accessories would work fine for you. May need a compressor bracket for the a/c stuff though look.intk ICT billet or hawks.

Yes it can be confusing, there are a lot of choices and ways to do it. LS1 F-body accessories are probably the most commonly used for LS swapping a thirdgen. LS3 corvette accessories fit with no issues but can be harder to find. You can also get accessory brackets for using truck accessories (water pump, balancer, alternator, and PS pump) in an f-body layout so it fits under the factory hood (check out walter racecraft for a full kit if you go that route). Hope this helps.

ICT billet has a good accessory guide showing the differences in spacing.

+1 for ICT Billet.. don’t waste your time dealing with other companies (except the Holley accessory drive).
