LS9 intake is on the way.
anyone have an idea on HP?
im going to move the battery to the trunk to lighten up some more on the front,
until I get it cranked, the battery is temporary.
Looks like a great project. The LS9's intake is a 2.3 Eaton supercharger. Are you going with boost or was that a typo? That would make a nice addition to the 5.3.
Thanks! Im hoping to crank it within the first couple weeks of august! Thats a big hope!
We are short in the machine shop. 12 hour shifts and 3 people taking vacation week after week. So basically I could work all the way to august 19th.. Im hoping to have 4 days off between now and then. 😴

do you have a driveshaft yet or waiting to crank it first?
I dont have a driveshaft yet. there is a shop in Monroe NC I was going to go to get them to make it. Ive got a yoke I was just going to put in there to keep the tranny from leaking out of the rear seal. Why do you ask?

just curious, wasnt sure what was required for this swap.
Its been really easy. Just time consuming and money hungry.
with the AJE K member, you CAN use the factory oil pan it doesnt hang any lower than the LT headers.. there is room to change the oil pan while its on the car. Overall its really easy. But being the only one working with 2 kids under 4, lol its been a long haul.
