Yeah, it was totally new to me too.
Just googled 1953 Studebaker model lineup. NO wagons mentioned.
Actually, this guy gets more cred if it's a custom one-off, which I think it is.
Truth be told, from the windshield back, and beltline up, looks like early 50's Ford wagon pieces.

Look amazing.. Like Batmans Crazy Ex girlfriend would drive it..
Studebaker was really a design house, they got engines and power train from everybody.
My fam had a 57 Goldenhawk, had a Packard Motor.
Despite the Wiki on it,,
I have seen Caddilac Motors in Studebakers as well as a couple AMC engines..
Many family trips across country in it, it was perfectly happy cruising at 80+ for hours.
Studebaker was really a design house, they got engines and power train from everybody.
