Crank no start

Crank no start Hey guys, I’m having an issue that I can’t seem to fix. 2 weeks ago, I was able to start my swap. I couldn’t start with the key due to theft deterrent but with the key in the run position, I could jump the starter and the car would start. I’ve since then bypassed the starter relay and can now crank with the key, but now I have no spark to the plugs. Ive checked the scanner with HP Tuners and I have no engine RPM’s. I’ve swapped the crank and cam sensors. Ive check continuity over those wires but still nothing. What could it be?
