AC Compressor

Hello to all of the ls owners. I am one also. My name is Dwight Burnette and have built a 415 LSX with a 2.9 Whipple sc on it. Still working on it but just about thru. My problem right now is that I have put Vintage Air in it but according to several different people, the vintage air will not work properly with a varible vane compressor. I have seen somewhere that the variable compressor can be converted to a fixed vane. Can any of you guys point me in the right direction ??? h

What does a supercharger have to do with an air conditioning system?

The AC compressor spins with the serpentine belt, but doesn't care what other stuff is going on, right?
