I have a thread on FBBO but I figured I’d start one here as well. Here’s my 69 Charger road race/autocross project car. I pulled the 440 out of it and swapped an LM7 and 4l60 into it about 2 years ago. Ran it N/A for a while before putting some boost to it and melting some holes in a couple pistons. It sat for about a year and I just got around to building a new aluminum block 5.3 for it. Just a pretty basic engine with flat top pistons, BTR cam, 706 heads, ls7 lifters, ARP head bolts, etc. It should be around 10.3:1 compression which is a little higher than I would like, but I'm thinking it'll be fine on E85. It'll take 100 pounds off the nose and hopefully make in the neighborhood of 800whp this time
Yeah the Mopar guys will be hating on you big time. So you might as well have a little fun. Add some type of fuel rail/coil covers and put MOPAR in big letters on the covers. Then step back and let the Mopar guys try to figure it out.
