1979 firebird LS wiring not working
I have a 5.3 factory positive wire running from my battery to the red converter box which runs to my alternator, then the same cable runs to my big starter bolt and my fuse block
then on my factory fuse block I have f1 (grey on left) for my fuel pump, b1(orange on bottom right) constant 12 volt connected to one of my fuse block terminals, and A3 connected to which was my main power from my distributor (ignore b4 I forgot to cut it)
Then looking at my starter I have my main power from my battery on the large solenoid, and on the tinier one I have the ignition wire which runs to my harness (or should) and the pink wire is for my electric fans which I have to move to my larger solenoid.
This is my first question, there is also this other starter wire from my 5.3 stock wiring harness,
where does that go
Then none of my accessories work at all so what do I do about that, because I can’t seem to find any wires that went to my starter for my accessories like lights and stuff
but I am so bewildered on why I can’t get any turn over or anything please help
for more info, nothing happens at all when the key is turned, my after market fuel pump doesn’t activate, my headlights won’t do anything, radio doesn’t turn on etc.

Looks like you may need to educate yourself a bit more with the wiring diagram and print all 4 pages of the ECU and tape them together and reevaluate the wiring you have done thus far.
Why is there a pink and an orange wire going to the starter solenoid , if you have used the stock truck harness, that should only be the only purple wire in the bundle, not orange or pink. The purple wire should be connected to the small terminal in the starter, and also to the ignition switch of the car.
And why is there a large gauge red wire grounded to the alternator.? Red is for positive not negative. Do yourself a favor and rethink this wiring, it’s a terrible mess!
