Question Fuse/Relay box?

I'm wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a combo fuse & relay box for an LS swap project?? I'd prefer something that's known to be durable, & waterproof would be a bonus. I'm kind of looking at
this one this one
which has almost everything that I'm looking for, except relays.

I've also found a box that contains both, but I'd kind of prefer the screw terminals rather than loose wires coming out the bottom.

Thanks in advance.

I like the Centech fuse panel because it is made with three distinct areas, Battery, Ignition and Accessories. It also has the screw in terminals that I like too. For relays I mount the ones I need on a stand alone board and label each relay.
