2001 Jaguar S type LS Swap

My dad has a 2001 S type Jaguar with a broken down 4.0 that he's been tinkering with for 5yrs and instead of fixing it I want to buy a 5.3 ls/4l60e to put in it.. I'll be painting it myself soon and I've already reupholstered his interior, he'll be 74 this yr and wanted to finally get him on the road... I owe that to him everything he's done for me

How can I make this work as far as a parts list and modification?

For instance, what oil pan?

1.Do I need a modified trans mount?

2. Which motor mounts?

3.Shortened or modified driveshaft?

4.Anything we need to do to get rid of error codes?

5. Should we look for an LS with drive by wire throttle or electonic?

This will be our first attempt for an LS swap

After his is done, I want to put ether a 5.3 or 6.0/4l80e in my 63 Impala

Basically I need a parts list and tips you may have and things to avoid, thanks in advance

There's a website called Jags that run or something like that. They have all your swap needs along with tons of information.

I checked out Jagsthatrun they have a swap kit, can anybody give a diagram on a wiring harness or which pins I should move around?

Which is easier to swap drive by wire or drive by cable?

What exhaust or headers would I need?
