bought the intake tract from a 2018 corvette z51. This has a spot for the card style MAF, but of course, it would have been the gen 5 8-pin MAF sensor



i have a stock tune from a z51 corvette that i can read the MAF calibration from.
i also have an "LS7" 5 pin card-style MAF

my question is, would the MAF airflow calibration be the same between these two? I realize that the gen 5 maf has some additional capabilities like reading absolute pressure in the intake, etc, but is the MAF portion of it the same such that i could use the calibration from the stock z51 tune?

alternatively, i could buy a gen 5 MAF as they are not that expensive, and wire it in like a 5 pin card style.
