Wild Frankenstein of a Crew Cab

Wild Frankenstein of a Crew Cab
Greetings, recently been given the green light to start this journey of building a forever truck. Been in the Jeep scene for years and now it’s time to get back to the full-size truck game.
Starting out with a 2003 F350 CCSB and blown engine, I want to build up a reliable daily driven overland/tow/ranch rig. Here’s where the questions start:
I already have a stroked LS that’s been built undersquare like the Olds 455 of yesteryear. Turbo’d pushing 8-12 psi and almost 750ft lb.
Is it possible to use the factory 6.8 pcm with a custom harness to control the LS? Cam and crank position sensors as far as signal from reluctor wheels compatible? I already have the HP tuners software to further tune.
I would just use a standalone, but I’m keeping the 5r110 and ABS so using a factory pcm would be great. Anyone have experience with engine swaps and getting the electronics to play nice? Thank you in advance.

Electronically, Ford and GM don't speak the same language. That's a no-go.
